Food Innovation Challenge 2025

Congratulations to all participants who took part in the Food Innovation Challenge, a Bedayati collaboration with Bel, where participants were inspired to think beyond the ordinary and explore the diverse possibilities of Kiri®️ cheese.

After the live cooking competition, participants presented their original dessert recipe using Kiri cheese and pitched their business idea to a jury of culinary and industry experts.

🎉 Congratulations to our winners:
🥇 Suzana Farhat @suzannefarhat – Her Kiri®️-stuffed Baklava amazed the jury with its originality.
🥈 Nour Halawi – Her Banoffee Pie created a delightful balance of banana and Kiri®️-based cream.
🥉 Alice Mouawad @home_baked_yummies – Her sweet Kiri®️ Fingers brought a creative twist to the traditional kaak. She plans to incorporate her new Kiri®️ creation into her thriving entrepreneurial venture.

The Food Innovation Challenge is part of a Micro-Entrepreneurship Program launched by Bedayati in partnership with Bel. This initiative aims to empower micro-entrepreneurs through skills training and business incubation to promote inclusive growth in Lebanon.
