Women’s Empowerment

Bedayati had the pleasure of welcoming the OIF Representation – Middle East, as part of the project “La Francophonie avec Elles”, to visit our premises and meet the project participants #FAIR.

Thanks to this grant, Bedayati offers training in pastry and coffee preparation (barista), as well as an introduction to programming in partnership with CodeBrave. To date, the project has strengthened the skills of 115 women, with 68 participants successfully completing culinary and web development training at Bedayati.

During the visit, participants enthusiastically shared what they had learned and the small business ideas they wish to launch or develop in the near future.

We thank the International Organisation of the Francophonie (OIF) @oifrancophonie for investing in women’s empowerment, enabling them to acquire essential professional and entrepreneurial skills for financial independence.

Bedayati a eu le plaisir d’accueillir la Représentation de l’OIF – Moyen-Orient, dans le cadre du projet « La Francophonie avec Elles », venue visiter nos locaux pour rencontrer les participantes du projet #FAIR.

Grâce à cette subvention, Bedayati propose des formations en pâtisserie et dans la préparation du café (barista), ainsi qu’une initiation à la programmation en partenariat avec CodeBrave. À ce jour, ce projet a permis de renforcer les compétences de 115 femmes et 68 participantes ont complété avec succès les formations culinaires et de développement web au sein de Bedayati.

Lors de cette visite, les participantes ont partagé avec enthousiasme ce qu’elles ont appris et les idées de petites entreprises qu’elles souhaitent concrétiser ou développer dans un avenir proche.
