Hot off the press: We are thrilled to announce the release of our cookbook “Olive Trail,” a collaboration between Bedayati and @meetmymama, exploring the Mediterranean food trail. Olive Trail narrates the food traditions and rituals of diverse culinary cultures in the Mediterranean, delving into the stories and origins of each recipe. Some of the chefs who are featured in this book, including Aline Kamakian, Aglaia Kremezi, Barbara Massaad, Sami Tamimi, Hisham Assaad, Amoul, and Andrée Maalouf, are cookbook authors in their own right. Others are community cooks and mamas who have preserved, and sometimes reinterpreted, their culinary traditions.
