Toufic is a seasoned marketing communications and talent acquisition professional with more than 40 years of business experience with major multinational firms in operational and leadership roles across the Middle East & North Africa.

He is also a strong advocate of the importance of human capital in the growth and development of organizations and has founded SearchPath Arabia to help client companies globally to identify, attract, recruit and retain top talent for their operations in the Arabian peninsula and Africa.

Toufic also serves as a business coach, mentor and advisor to start-ups and small to medium enterprises and helps young entrepreneurs navigate their newly created ventures through the scaling up journey.
He is a strong believer in the need for a lifelong personal learning strategy for people to remain relevant and competitive in an ever-changing business world. As such he continues to pursue certifications and diplomas to keep abreast of the latest concepts and ideas related to the management and development of people in an environment of talent scarcity.

He holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington as well as a Diploma in Advertising from the Ecole Superieure de Publicite de Paris.
