تأثير بدايتي
“بدايتي” هي منظّمةٌ اجتماعيّةٌ أُسّست عام ٢٠٢٠. تهدف إلى تمكين الشّباب المهمش مستجيبةً لتطلّعاتهم نحو التّغيير. نسعى بقوّةٍ لخلق بيئة عملٍ شموليّةٍ حيث يكون لكلّ شخصٍ دور في إحداث تغييرٍ. ويرتكز عملنا على قيمٍ أساسيّةٍ وهي النّزاهة، والشّموليّة، والابتكار. ونؤمن بضرورة التّوسّع في عملنا لجعل المجتمعات وأماكن العمل أكثر تنوّعًا وشموليّةً لنصل معًا إلى مستقبلٍ أكثر إشراقًا.

العمل مع فريقٍ وموظّفين قياديّين لتعزيز التّنوّع والشّموليّة في مكان العمل.
الحصول على عمل
تعزيز إمكانيّة الحصول على فرص عملٍ وتدريبٍ لائقٍ وتحسين بذلك ممارسات توظيفٍ عادلةٍ من دون التّمييز المبنيّ على السّمات الشّخصيّة.
