Promoting Youth Job Readiness
Bedayati launched a soft skills training in Saida, in partnership with Sikka and CG-Fund. The 8-hour training focused on CV writing, job interviews and LinkedIn. Leading local employers based in Saida, including Jubaili Brothers, Ray Directions, Shra, Infosysta and the Line Consult, led mock interviews.
“We [as employers] felt very engaged with the candidates. We felt we are leaving [the training] with the responsibility to follow up with them [the youth],” said Rayyan Kotob, Director of Ray Directions.
