Ubuntu Youth Program

Ibrahim, a student in our Youth Program, shared this story (with a bit of help from Google Translate) in #English class about how he understood #ubuntu, which means in the Xhosa culture: I am because we are.

“I sat with my friends in the neighborhood. While we were talking, an old man came carrying a basket filled with delicious fruits.
