Job Readiness
Employers are increasingly hiring not only for technical skills but also for attitude and fit. Friday’s interviewing workshop at Bedayati is part of our job readiness training for youth who are motivated to improve their soft skills. Mock interviews led by three industry experts allowed students to experience firsthand what a real-life interview feels like and to better understand and reflect on their own individual strengths and weaknesses through one-on-one feedback and group discussions.
