International day of Homophobia Inclusion, advocacy
On International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia we stand with all victims of discrimination in and outside the workplace. Workplace equality and inclusion ensures non-discrimination based on personal characteristics including gender identity and sexual orientation. The first pillar of our Inclusive Employer Pledge is dedicated to enhancing access to decent work and training opportunities for all in Lebanon. It is important in times of crisis to remember not to leave anyone behind. Commitment to fair recruitment is a commitment to be fair to all candidates, selecting on the basis of merit.
